Lexcom Legal is based at Sylvia Park in Auckland and works with clients across New Zealand on property and commercial matters. Initial enquiries are reviewed carefully so we can confirm whether the firm is the right fit before any confidential detail is exchanged.

If your enquiry relates to a property transaction, it is useful to tell us the settlement date, whether an agreement has been signed, and whether finance, LIM, building, or due-diligence conditions are still open. For commercial enquiries, a short summary of the transaction, document, lease, company issue, or business relationship is enough for the first step.

Please do not send confidential documents until Lexcom confirms it can act for you. Once an engagement is accepted, the scope of work, fees, timeframes, and next steps are confirmed in writing.

Office appointments are by arrangement during the working week. For urgent settlement deadlines, bank instructions, or documents that need same-day review, calling the office is the fastest way to alert the team before sending supporting material.

The Sylvia Park office is used for scheduled client meetings and document-signing appointments. Remote communication is also available for clients outside Auckland or for matters where email and phone coordination is more practical than an in-person visit.

If Lexcom cannot assist, or if another professional is better placed for the issue, the firm will say so directly. The first contact is designed to clarify the matter, check availability and conflicts, and identify the next step rather than create unnecessary work.

For returning clients, include the matter name or the lawyer you have worked with previously. For new clients, a brief summary and the key deadline is enough for the team to triage the enquiry.
