Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and abuse. Turnstile verifies that submissions are made by humans without requiring traditional CAPTCHA challenges.

Retention

We retain client records for as long as required by the New Zealand Law Society's rules and professional obligations, and for any additional period necessary to defend or pursue legal claims.

Once the retention period has expired, we securely destroy or de-identify personal information in accordance with our record management procedures.
