Manoj Isuru
Kotigala
Manoj Kotigala founded Lexcom Legal to provide client-focused legal services across property and commercial matters. His background includes an LLB (Hons) (University of London) and an LLM (Hons) (University of Auckland), and he is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand as well as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka.
He advises on residential and commercial property transactions, and commercial matters such as business sales and purchases, incorporations, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, leasing, and secured lending documentation.
Outside work, he enjoys watching cricket and follows the All Blacks.

Sharma
Richa Sharma-Pickles is a solicitor at Lexcom Legal. She has completed her Economics (Hons), Diploma in Software Engineering and LLB from Delhi, India and LLM from the University of Waikato.
She is an overseas-qualified lawyer now practising as a Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of New Zealand, offering clients a sophisticated blend of international legal insight and New Zealand-focused expertise. Fluent in both Hindi and English, she works closely with clients to manage matters efficiently and with precision, ensuring they are supported by clear, confident guidance at every stage of the process. Her approach is characterised by strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and a focus on delivering outcomes aligned with her clients' interests.
Her practice is centred on advising on residential and commercial conveyancing, including sale and purchase of businesses and real estate property, commercial leasing, refinancing transactions, estate administration, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs), and relationship property matters.
Richa is highly regarded for building trusted, long-term client relationships and for navigating complex legal matters with discretion, clarity and professionalism.
Outside her practice, Richa values time with her family and enjoys travelling.

Before joining Lexcom Legal, Raji spent nearly seven years at New Zealand's number one intellectual property law firm. Working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, Raji developed strong attention to detail, excellent file management skills, and the ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
Raji also brings valuable hands-on experience in conveyancing and property law from time spent at a boutique Auckland law firm, assisting clients with a wide range of property transactions.
Having worked in both large, top-tier firms and smaller boutique practices, Raji offers clients the best of both worlds: high-level legal capability combined with a practical, personalised approach. Raji understands that every client and transaction is different and takes the time to tailor advice to each individual situation.
Raji is known for breaking down complex legal concepts into clear, simple language, something that is especially valuable for first-home buyers or anyone unfamiliar with the property process.

Lakshika
Bakmiwewa
Originally from Sri Lanka, Lakshika holds an LLB from the University of London and was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka. With over five years of legal experience spanning notarial work, company secretarial matters, and corporate law, she brings a well-rounded and practical approach to every client matter she takes on.
Before making New Zealand home, Lakshika built a diverse legal career that took her through corporate in-house roles, associate practice, and her own notarial and solicitor work, giving her an appreciation for the legal needs of both individuals and businesses. She is fluent in both Sinhala and English, and is passionate about providing clear, approachable legal support to clients from all walks of life.
Outside of the office, Lakshika treasures quality time with her family and friends, and embraces all the joys and chaos that come with being a new mum. She has a soft spot for the beach, enjoys curling up with a good book, and appreciates a well earned G&T at the end of a busy week.
